Today was pretty cool. Nothing happened during the first part. At around 4, I had to be at the school for our performance at the Freshman BBQ. It was pretty cool ! My favorite song was Mission Impossible, cause I have this part where I slur a whole octave which is WAAAY fun. haha. It sounds pretty cool. Then afterwards, we were allowed to just waltz around and mingle? Haha. I went around and just took pictures. I saw about 3 other people with SLR Cameras, so I spoke with them. :P One person worked at some studio, and had 2 cameras. One sony, and another Canon I think? He had multiple lenses, including this BIIIIIIG 300mm f/2.5 lens, I think. It was huge though. Then he showed me what settings he used and whatnot. So now I’m trying to use Manual Mode to try and better understand what I’m doing. He had some crazy insane shots. I’m so jealous ! Then I got info on how to get in the photography club. There’s going to be announcements during school, so I’ve got that set. So I just pretty much walked around taking pictures the whole time. It was pretty fun.
