10:00 Recap
Today was tiring, somewhat. The first thing we did as usual was go to breakfast. I didn’t each much though. Because I’m gaining weight and getting fat. :/ haha. Just keedingkeedingkeeding. I don’t know, I just wasn’t all that hungry. When we got ready and all, our first stop was to the London Tower. To me, it wasn’t all that appealing to my eyes, but I’m sure it was to others. It was interesting though, to see the Coronation Jewels. All these old artifacts used for crazy historical moments. The whole place was pretty much a castle, and you could wander off into any of the towers you wanted to. We went to the gift shop, and as my grandma was leaving, I tried to get her attention to this CD I found, which was music from the guard band. Whatever they’re called. Haha. But my trumpet instructor played for them back then, which is pretty cool. I couldn’t get my grandma’s attention, so she ended up leaving me. So I sat outside the gift shop for a good 10-15 minutes before she came back. Its like, how long does it take to realize I’m gone?! “I guess I’m. It good enough..” :P we ended up getting the CD, &I’m excited to hear what’s on it. Our next stop was to he Tate Modern. The other Tate museum was Tate Britain. Tate Modern had more modern art. Naomi works at Modern, so we got go eat at the member’s cafeteria, and get in free at an exhibit. Now art, isn’t what I fancy. It’s not what makes me tick. :P it looks nice and all, but it’s just not something I’m into, walking around galleries of paintings. Not me. MAYBE photographs. After the Tate, we took one more stop at the Imperial War Museum. It was pretty cool, with all the old war toys that were in there. Half of the stuff though, wasn’t even real. “it wasn’t quite as I expected,” the stuff that was real, was pretty tight though. They had this old Nazi plane engine, the the tail of the crashed plane, and all kinds of stuff. I wad hoping there’d he more, but it was pretty cool. Mark and I lost grandma, so we sat at the rocket display. I played minesweeper and bejeweled for a bit, and noticed Mark falling asleep right there. It was, funny, but I felt bad. :P We were waiting for grandma to come down and meet us, but turns out, she fell asleep for 30 minutes on a bench. Haha. That’s too funny. Then after, we just head back towards the hotel, and stopped at a store to get food for the hotel, and then KFC. Afterwards, we got back to the hotel. Then I went swimming, which I haven’t done in a long, long time. Then I tried the steam rooms and sauna. Whew. Hawt. Then I checked out the locker room. Holy crap! It’s flipping nice! Lol. Might as well just use that as my bathroom. I wouldn’t mind.

Started off as usual, with an abrupt wake up to breakfast. Our first stop of the day was to the Science Museum. I actually liked the place a lot, it was pretty interesting. There were 3 floors, but I mostly looked at the exhibits. The first floor was basically a look at how we lived back then? Ish. The second floor I went to was about who you were individually. That section was tight. It told how you were who you were. It talked about fears, genes, looks, how your mind works, sensations, and all kinds of nifty stuff. The third floor exhibit was this lame future thing. It only had these large interactive tables that looked only appealing to youngsters. J was pretty much done with that museum, so I went down to where we were supposed to meet, but I took a quick detour to the gift shop. I found this sick mousepad that was made of a recycled circuit board. You don’t find stuff everyday like that in Vegas, and might as well get a cool souvenir that I’ll use everyday. He Natural History Museum was right next door and next on our agenda list. A lot of stuff in there contained stuff about Earth and it’s minerals and whatnot. The only thing that really caught my eye was a skull of a t-Rex. it wasn’t real, but it made you think. It made you think of how dinosaurs were when they roamed the planet. Fireball, lmbo. Anyways, they mustve been massive, and probably would’ve scared the crap out of me. Haha. After that, Mark split off back to the Science Museum to see the medical history bit for some hours while we went to see the Kensington Palace. We walked through Kensington park on our way there, and it was pretty chill! Lots of photographic potential.. When we got to Kensington Palace, there was a tour to be taken of Princess Diana’s things? I don’t know. I didn’t pay attention at all because it didn’t interest me at all. I didn’t listen to the audio guide at all and just walked through all the displays. That was the last plan for the day, so we just head back to the hotel. I crashed for quite a while and woke upto room service. Yum.

Happy Birthday from the future, Kristy.
:P
The agenda for the day was to check out the London Eye, and go on some River Cruise. When we got to the London Eye, it was huuuuuge. And tight. Its fun photographing it. When we got on, it was a cool experience. Being trapped in a bubble floating above London. When we did get to the top height of the ride, I did get kind of nervous just looking down. My grandma was totally scared though, and didn’t even stand up for most of the ride. It was cool overall, and the 30 minutes semmed to just whizz by. It felt like nothing. It was pretty awesome, though. Our next task was to go on a river cruise my grandma wanted to go to. Whatever. We took it through central London ish, and our destination was to Greenwich. The W’s silent. It was kind of cool seeing all the bridges and buildings and learning what they were and what they were supposed to represent. When we got to Greenwich, it was a nice small little area. We went to check out the Maritime museum which was about ship vessels and other related stuff. Nothing there really appealed to me except for this king’s old ship and a bugle. Lol. Then we went to starbucks and stayed there about an hour. I sat and played minesweeper while grandma and mark talked about random things.. Grandma was hopped up on coffee. I had a cake and mocha frap and they were scrumptious. They don’t have java chip here though! After we were done we just head back home and that was the end if the day.

Our first stop was to the London Zoo. We had to walk through Regents Park, and to the entrance. All the parks here are really cool. The dogs here don’t even need leashes. Most of them, anyway. When we got to the zoo, the first thing we saw was the aquarium. It had shat you’d expect of an aquarium. Fishes, coral and the such. What caught my eye was the octopus j Hess. I’m more into he exotic fish, the kind you don’t see allthe time. But it was pretty cool. Grandma and I then trotted off to random animal displays. We saw a tiger, lion, and other animals. I like San diegos zoo better, haha. We didn’t stay there for long. I got a hot dig, kit kat ice cream, and a pepsi with no ice. I don’t think my somethingstomach agreed with it. Our last and final destination of the day was to the British museum we took a bus for a couple stops, and then got off to an underground. When we got to the museum, I knew already it wasn’t something I’d be too interested in. I did a bit of walking, but then just sat outside. It’s just not something I don’t appreciate. Maybe if I were with a friend, I’d take interest, but no ones here. After, we went to Chinatown. Haha. We went in to eat at a restaurant, and it was cool because it wasn’t just filled with asians. It had local brits which was kind if cool. Never seen that before.
